Pear Crisp

3/4 cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
 
6 cups peeled, thinly sliced pears
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.  Set aside.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients tossing to coat pears.
  4. Spoon into 8-inch glass baking dish.
  5. Top with oat mixture.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender.
Makes 8 servings.
