Peanut Butter Pancakes

Peanut Butter Pancakes

1 1/4 cups flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1/4 cup peanut butter
  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Beat milk with egg and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add to dry ingredients and beat just until well moistened.
  4. Lightly oil hot griddle.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with syrup or applesauce.

Makes 10 4-inch pancakes.
