Country Bean Casserole (Iron-rich)

Country Bean Casserole (Iron-rich)

1 can (28 oz.) pork and beans with tomato sauce
2 cups sliced apples
1  8-oz. package of hotdogs, sliced into coins
  1. Combine pork and beans, apples, and hotdogs ina casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Servings:  4         Amount of iron per serving:   9mg.
