Baked Bananas with Lemon - Orange Sauce |

4 bananas
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- Remove ends from bananas. Slit banana skins in the back from top to bottom, but leave skin on the bananas to keep from bursting.
- Bake bananas in their skins at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Mix marmalade and lemon juice.
- When bananas are done, remove from oven and discard the skin.
- Center each banana on a dessert plate.
- Pour 1 1/2 Tbsp. marmalade sauce over each banana.
- Combine orange and lemon peels. Sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp. over each banana.
Makes 4 servings.
