Healthier Living Colorado

Research out of Stanford University shows Healthier Living Colorado helps participants cope with the fatigue, frustration, pain and stress caused by living with ongoing health challenges like heart or lung disease, diabetes, arthritis or other health issues.

This chronic disease self-management program meets weekly for six weeks at the Woodland Park Library.  Each session is 2 1/2 hours long.
