By Teller County Public Health

Sept. 16,2011-Qualitest Pharmaceuticals is recalling multiple lots of birth control pills because of a packaging error that could lead to incorrect dosing and unintended pregnancies. Teller County Public Health did not dispense any of the recalled birth control pills. Qualitest Pharmaceuticals' press release states " consumers exposed to affected packaging should begin using a non-hormonal form of contraception immediately and consult their health care provider or pharmacist."  Doctors, pharmacist and patients seeking more information can call Qualitest at 1-877-300-6153. Testimonials

A good program for seniors...

"The program allowed me to give back to the community by teaching Tai Chi.  It is a good program for seniors.  It keeps them mentally alert.  I've learned something new by having to focus."  Meridel, Florissant, CO
