National Alliance on Mental Illness

Free 12 week NAMI Family-to-Family class for families who have mentally ill loved ones starts in September . The class covers Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and Schizoaffctive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and co-occurring brain/addictive disorders. Learn about coping skills, handling crisis and relapse, basic information about medication, communication and more.
