Slow Cooker Tortilla Soup with Chicken

1 pound chicken breasts, bonelss, skinless, cut into pieces
1 - 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 - 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1 medium onion chopped
1 jalapeno pepper chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 - 14.5 oz. can/box reduced sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon each: cumin, chili powder, salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 1 - 10 oz. package frozen corn
 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or high 3-4 hours. Serves about 8.
If desired, top with diced avocado, fresh cilantro, dab of low fat sour cream, low fat shredded cheeses.
For a splurge top with a small handful of Fritos!
