Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 pan with no stick cooking spray.
1 1/2 C. all purpose flour 1 cup lowfat yogurt (choose vanilla, lemon or coffee)
1 tsp. baking soda 2 egg whites
1 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp. fat-free skim milk
3 cups uncooked quick oats 2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 oz. pecan halves
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
3/4 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. sugar
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Then add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely in pan, then cut into bars and wrap each bar in plastic wrap.
