Fresh Black Bean Salsa
The use of fresh ingredients makes a very colorful and healthy combination.
Salsa

6 large ripe tomatoes seeded, chopped fine

½ red onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

½ green pepper, diced

2 Tbs. minced jalapenos (or to taste)

1 small can diced green chilies

½ can black beans, rinsed

½ c. frozen corn, thawed

½ c. chopped fresh cilantro
Dressing
Mix all salsa ingredients; pour dressing over salsa and stir until combined. Place in sealed container and refrigerate.
